Clematis Cottage is the gatehouse to West Compton Manor and is situated to the right of the large entrance arch.  With it's own private drive, parking and secluded garden it is one of our most desirable cottages.  West Compton is a quiet cul de sac village, surrounded by unrivaled countryside, the location is beautiful and tranquil.  The house is ideal for those that enjoy pasttimes such as walking, bird watching, photography and being surrounded by nature.

The front door is protected by a porch, useful for storing wellies and wood for the open fire in the sitting room.  The hall has wooden parquet flooring and has doors opening into a clakroom, the kitchen, sitting room and stairs leading to the first floor.  Decorated in neurtal colours throughout the house feels light and looks onto the garden.  The kitchen is fully fitted with white units, worktops and tiled splash backs.  There is a large understairs cupboard and plenty of room to accomodate a table to seat six.  The sitting room has parquet flooring and an attractive mantle piece surrounds the open fire.
